Nothing new. Market up on no volume. These "technical" glitches are happening with more frequency. Skynet becoming aware? EU still floating on dreams. Spain 10yr at 6.74% (still within shouting distance of 7%).
I guess the PD's told Geithner and Bernanke that they better get the 10yr yield up if they don't want a failed auction.
