100% safe & risk free!... What could possibly go wrong?
I was amused by the Meredith Whitney interview on CNBC this morning. I wasn't the only person in the office who erupted in laughter when she said she was sticking by her call of a bazillion muni defaults.
What an otherwise slow day.
@Matthew:
I'm not saying she's wrong, but when she uttered the line: "It's going down exactly as I had thought"...
I was a bit baffled.
Note to Meredith: It's OK to be wrong or "early."
The Fuzzy one lightened up on some of his portfolio...
He probably did it a few days ago before the big drop....

Because, he's just that good.
Bwhahhahaahahahahah
Oh Shit.
Just checked Daneric's site....
Though we have different counts, we have the same outcome predicted....

This does not make me feel great ...
Oh well.
shit, I haven't been to DE's in a while, he can some right too, but generally that blows.....
CV,
once Jeff Gundlach takes over the Bills they are going back to the bowl baby
Remember when the Bills were awesome, those Jim Kelly teams....they were loaded on both sides of the ball, no Super Bowl victory though.
Bills could never overcome the Scott Norwood moment....
Al Michaels: "No good! Wide right!"
Still, Four consecutive AFC Championships...pretty remarkable. Unfortunately, people don't think of it that way....
Just that they lost all their Super Bowls. Sucks to be second...
Debt ceiling bill passes House & futures are basically flat. I wonder how nervous Congress is starting to get. Because if this is all the market can/will do...
Randy Moss retires.
Or is he pulling a Brett Favre?
If anyone had paid Randy Moss 5MM to run around a field and take a few hits, he would have been back.
He's got enough money in the bank that he's just not going to do it 'for fun'....always been about what's good for Randy Moss.
Super talent...never fulfilled the absolute potential.
Andy T
I read an article where Jerry Jones regrets not picking Moss in the draft. Moss' teams were 8-0 against the Cowboys.
Ben, you'll probably appreciate this one....
If the x-wave did end today, it was an exact 23.6% retrace of the y-wave....
Just like the x-wave was an exact 23.6% of of the w-wave.....
I suppose I would have liked to have seen some 'alternation' between those two x-waves, but there aren't any 'rules' on that one..
the concept of alternation is more pertinent when it comes to impulsions and triangles.
Would be most interesting if we actually bottomed today.
AR:
yeah. I don't care what those players might say in an interview, they hold 'grudges' against teams and players they feel slighted by.
Moss felt slighted by J.Jones...
AT,
Nice, I had not even looked at that, the 23.6%
that would be very interesting, doubtful that very many people are thinking we bottomed today judging by various comments all over the place
I don't know if we've bottomed but 6/16 & 6/23 were the only days that tested the trend line (3/09-7/10). Except today. Today the SPX closed below the trend line. The bat signal for algos was seen over NYC.
>> Bills could never overcome the Scott Norwood moment....
A game of football lasts 60 minutes. Norwood alone did not lose that game. And I *do* credit the Bills with being full of awesome.

Yeah... OTHER famous "2nd's" in history:
- John McCain
- John Kerry
- Al Gore
- Bob dole
- Michael dukakis
- George McGovern
- Buzz Aldrin
- William Childs Westmoreland
- Japan (war in Pacific)
- the Redcoats
- Napoleon (at Waterloo)
(Names which, 'co-incidentaly', appear in the "What ever happened to..." lines of questioning...)...
Moss will come back & play... Just wait for the right team to need a wideout that can stretch the field, that also happens to be in playoff contention as one of their stars goes down mi season...
I would hardly count out ANY of the following:
Eagles, Cowboys, Packers, Saints, Cardinals, Chargers, Ravens, Steelers:
Frankly - I doubt it woul be the Jets or Patriots... Moss woul be too pissed that he got passed over for #85 & Plax...
... on the daneric chart
Well it sure looks to me that 1260 (the zone CV has been talking about as "dark cross"-ville for some time now)... Is well contained within that triangle...
Frankly - I'd expect a breakdown below that triangle first (which triggered the dark cross), then some miracle stick save which concludes the triangle)...
Looks like a lot of flag waving (up & down) between now & then...
