it would appear to me that on goog finance instead of red on down days the color is now orange
conspiracy!

I'll head over there and check the deception.

I see red for the lower closes.
William Black article on the JOBS Act: http://www.financialsense.com/contributors/william-black/the-jobs-act-is-so-criminogenic-that-it-guarantees-full-time-jobs-for-criminologists
Let's just say he's not thrilled but the JOBS Act will keep criminologists working for decades.
Ra,
maybe I did something to my screen, it def. looks orange to me
but that doesn't make sense, I think the color swamp holly orange (color of "yellow" trucks, as a safety feature) is the color that the human eye can see the furthest away
so red would make more sense for a down day, lol
look at the poor bear, can't even open his eyes
the bright lights of recovery are blinding
back to your dark corner (at least for a minute longer)
check this out, might be worth a look:

Coffee is trending down on the monthly 3LB and weekly 3LB. It's below its 61.8% retrace and testing its 50.0% minor retrace (181.79). It's quickly approaching the 2010 start of the parabolic move higher.
I think the bear needs to stay in the cave a few more days.
I don't really see any peaking pattern yet on the S&P500.
Other than that, nice bear pictorial.
The bear is waiting for a high volume day that closes lower (which indicates distribution). That will probably be the top in this current move.

Found a couple of new bear pics for when the time comes.
I'm sort of a Saints fan and definitely a Sean Payton fan. I like the way that guy calls games and wins....
I don't know what the 'evidence' is in this case....but the punishment seems wildly excessive.
Andy T
Most teams had a similar scheme which is why you didn't hear many complaints. The other teams were getting rid of any evidence while the NFL looked at the Saints.
Andy:
What if a defensive back had paralyzed a wide receiver for life while trying to win a bounty? Would you then think the punishment was wildly excessive? There is nothing about paying to hurt that has anything like sportsmanship..they should have banned Williams for life and Sean Payton indefinitely..
Bear seems hungry.
"...they should have banned Williams for life and Sean Payton indefinitely..."
and, from what, little, I understand of it, the GM should have been X'd-out, on Par, with Payton..

AmenRa,
nice pic of the Bear..it does look like He is, just, coming out of Hibernation..~

Fair point in re: bounty.
I'll I would say is that if those guys were engaging in really 'dirty' hits in order to cart people off then...you'd have a point.
The deal is though, football is a super violent game and hard hits along with injuries are part of the deal.
Payton on Co. got hit hard because they were deceptive and lied to the Commish.

Ed Market, Congressman .... MORON.
On CBNC here:
"I will support this Oil Pipeline project only if the oil will not be exported."
"Sen. Durbin Calls Hearings on NFL Bounties"
Great...we need to get Roger Clemens back up on the Hill as well....
WTF?!
The gap up on AAPL from 3/14...that sure looks like an exhaustion gap.
Durbin is, literally, a Piece of ____.
as are, far, too, many of those _____ that pretend to be 'Representatives'..

Is it safe for the bear to come out or is it the start of bear hunting season?
