The 10 year bond is 1.76
The 10 year bond is 1.76
The 10 year bond is 1.76....

Just because it has happened slowly doesn't mean it isn't ominous...

Forget how Bernanke has done what he's done...Europe is breaking up and the 10 year is at 1.76...

...I have been pondering this a little after supper and it strikes me as very bad. I guess we'll just see what it leads to..

1.76?

That seems like a "good deal" right?

Well, it seems to me if Europe was breaking up and the 10 year was 5.5, we might say there was at least something that could be tried. But Europe is breaking up with ZIRP about as low as it can be pushed (since that is what Ben has chosen) already, and this is the ominous part of it...

...Maybe Iceland will buy all of Europe and things will be rosy..

Ben has chosen the path that his study of the GD warranted in his mind, anyway. Yet Europe is breaking up, and more of the same is coming from Ben...it seems almost Roubiniominous..

Damn. Who keeps buying? Must be orders to not let the Dow close with a three handle loss.

Only thing I've been buying is VCV, FAX and a few others. Either I go down in flames in months/years or have a nice huge divy payout each month... mostly tax free until the bastards change them rules!

funny how the spooz bounced off 18's 1294ish then hit resistance at 1325ish... trading within last week or so.
