the VIX $ GOLD Charts looks, interestingly, similar..

$ = &, above..

somewhat further, the PM/'Physical' "Idea" seems, too, popular...

the 'whole' "Eurolandia"/"PIIGS 'Implosion'" is the 'death knell' for the Western Economies-panic seems 'overcooked', as well..

I think Kyle Bass has it 'Correct'..

"any 'Breakage' will be attended to..behind closed doors.."

w/that, part of the 'pay-off' (for everybody else..) will be lower Foodstuff Prices, especially to aid EMs in 'containing Inflation' (?)

I suppose it's "classic" that the stock market would rally into options expiration ....

everyone who spiked the vol. and bot "protection" are now going to lose all their money on the put options....

Love it.

If you haven't seen this Darth Vader/FF commercial yet...

How come "rogue traders" only lose money. Why don't we ever hear about rogue traders making money for their firms....

because much like the firms knew he had the trades on that failed (we all know they knew....right?), they'll use the ones that work out to advertise how awesome they, and their "superior" traders are.....

Same people?

blogs are a funny thing, a week and a half ago you could witness all kinds of people setting up to get shorty

they've adopted a new mantra as of today's close, goes like this:

if you are long, surely you are a sucker

take note

here's a question about Kyle Bass

Is he going to make it rain from X day, or is it going to end up wrecking him too?

I do enjoy how he makes the interviewers start shifting around lots while they question him. Looked like Gary was getting hot as he heard more.

- Why are you a 'racist' if you're a white male from Dixie?

- Why are you 'cool' if you're an Obama supporter?

- Why are you 'anti-semitic' if you mentally take note that there seems to be a pre-ponderence of certain interests therein?

- Why are you less evolved if you are not a vegetarian (even though you have bicuspids[premolars] in your mouth)?

- Why don't you own a Prius (so you can stop - YOU KNOW - global warming)?

- Why didn't the 'Cloivis Indians', who occupied what is now America... STOP driving their gas guzzling vehicles 10,000 years ago (about which time - the last ICE AGE tipped over towards its current MACRO trend)... So as to... YOU KNOW... Stop IT (so that we could have become SNOWBALL EARTH again)...

- Why are there no jetpacks?

- Why are there no blogs on the internet that don't have a fucking asshole asking you all these stupid questions?

Why... AT HALFTIME...

Isn't LSU 'covering' a (-3.5) line over in 'STARKVILLE' as we speak...?

I'm going to have to content myself with some JOHNNY CASH as I contemplate...

@ben

...an 'unsolicited' word here...

RED... (nickname of a friend of mine - who DOESN'T read this blog - but is 'aka'... to YOU as 'Purple Death')...

Well... I don't care what YAHOO sayz... But they're WRONG (in their projections - as they are about 9 times out of 10 because they play PAPER PAST, not REAL FUTURE)...

IMO... He has you covered... Upgrade...

Note: He's not at full strength... But neither are the 'Grandmas'...

Never know tho... ball (don't LIE... & otherwise bounces funny in this league)...

CV likes INSURANCE... (which never pays ALL)...

I'm funnin here mostly... Gotta try & resurrect an OTTO from the catacombs here... But it IS a long season... (as it always is)... & a guy that does what YOU DO ought to 'kin' that dynamic...

Charles Gibson from Philly is where I'd be starting to upgrade...

gotta be creative...

I don't pay much attention to the yahoo rankings

@ben (10:30)

Not that I know of... But come to think of it... CV knows of no Kangaroos eating Oranges in Denmark either...

@bern

I WAS going to offer you a trade this week (but I blew it off)...

As much as I I'd like to HELP your team with trades... I'm in a HUGE RATHOLE here with the 'ottopicks'...

A delicate dynamic exists...

I can 'offer' helpful trades, but I can't sacrifice WINS... ever!...

This is a mountain that I've never had to face in my FANTASY career... I'm making a documentary film out of it...

It will be an EPIC struggle to get my team to the post-season...

THEREFORE - I like my chances :-)
