Morning Corner 11.17.11

HYG (weekly info)
-no change (above mid)
trend=up
high= 90.12
rev= 85.21; mid= 87.67

HYG has finally broken below its weekly 3LB mid. It's testing its SMA(13). Not really weak just yet but is did take out the lows from the last two weeks.

LQD (weekly info)
-no change (below mid)
trend=up
high= 115.60
rev= 112.59; mid= 114.10

You would think that LQD should be screaming higher with the weakness in the market. Unless IG is not so IG. Need to keep an eye on this. It's below its weekly 3LB mid (and very close to the reversal). It's testing its SMA(13).

TED Spread (weekly info)
new high 0.4370
trend=up
high= 0.4370
rev= 0.3880; mid= 0.4125

The TED Spread has taken off like a rocket. Considering the US rates are at/near zero and the EU is coming unglued then this is expected. It's above its 38.2% minor retrace and the high from June 2010.

Touched is the story of Jerry SanduskyÂ’s life in his own words. From his childhood to his professional career, this book goes behind the scenes to explore the successes and challenges that Jerry Sandusky has faced in life, both on and off the football field. After graduating from Penn State in 1966, Sandusky went on to coach collegiate football for 34 years. Thirty-two of those years were with Penn State, as the defensive coordinator and linebackers coach under Joe Paterno, until his retirement in 1999. The book also explores SanduskyÂ’s involvement in childrenÂ’s charities, including the founding of his charity, "Second Mile."..."

I'm not sure what's more 'amazing'...the Title of dude's Book, or the 'barrels' of Ink, Electrons, and Pixels spilled on the 'Coverage' of this 'Story'...

as well, was 'Front Page', again, on the Local Playper..

good thing 'there's no Space' for..

Currently the triangle on the SPX has been breached to the downside.

Area of interest on the SPX. The SMA(55) at 1203.97 and the 50.0% retrace (1204.58) are not even a handle apart.

That triangle looks to have resolved itself.

Yeah, sandusky's book..."Touched"

Irony?

Not sure who is attorney is...but that interview with Costas was a massive/colossal mistake...

cv--

how do you like a Jets W, and a Broncos' 'cover'..

don't the Jets 'need' the W, to stay close to the Pat's?

or, is it 'too early' (in the Season) for that (kind of *thinking)?

his attorney was sitting right next to Costas during the interview

apparently he's got his own history (the attorney)

ROR. He'll find that they like to "horse around" when he is "showering with the boys", not at Penn State, but in the STATE PEN.....

Odd odd markets. Almost all of my assets were FLAT. NLY, TIP, AGG, EWJ. Shows that sometimes you can steer clear of risk. With a little luck....

Looking at HYG and the Kevlar gloves, but not yet....

if they send him to the prison that is right near the university he'll be killed, and I'm not kidding, I'd be surprised if nobody went after him in there

that prison is full of very nasty jailbirds, seems I've heard that prisoners hold a special place in their hearts for folks that do things to children
