Tested and failed 1110.02 (the .09 fibo from high) for the third time. Yet it made a new high on daily 3LB (reversal is 1080.29). QE2infinity.

DXY

@Ra,

so I have an idea re: bottom thread comment on algo's trolling blogs for trading style...I'm going to start a blog called blog stuffing, it will be just an all out raging bull blog, start thinking of ideas on how I can get a lot of people over to it, then we'll all go short.

blog stuffing.....

I love this nonsense about how a republican victory in the house or worse, the senate, will likely mean gridlock in Washington which is "typically bullish for Wall St."

let's play out a scenario here, lets say that the republicans take the house and in,.... oh I don't know, May 2011 some "unforseen" banking problems re-emerge and there is a serious problem again with the markets (you don't actually think we can't see another situation like September 2008...do you?)

well then, if that plays out....is gridlock bullish for Wall St?

Is Brian Wesbury going to come on CNBC and say, well, ya know, Citi and BAC are going to be run on, and they have serious balance sheet problems, however, it's hard for me not to like stocks here with all that gridlock.

ok, ok, maybe Brian Wesbury would actually say that....but my point is made, that's a bull market argument, it's silly.

Thanks for the Dave Matthews clip CV. I've become more of a fan of that guy the last few years...think his musicianship is getting better over the years.

Missed a lot of the game, but we did chow down some kick ass steaks at Ceasars. Ended up shutting down the VINYL nightclub at 2AM....had a business meeting at 8AM. I'm a friggin' moron....but had a great time.

Will work on the Gold chart this weekend....

Really looking forward to this weekend of football and football (EPL back!)

Hiking today. Won't get to see Peyton. Bama looked pretty damn competent last night.

However, I would like you to post sometime in the next two weeks a topic on the best ideas to regenerate the American ethic. I have a few, and I'd like to see what the other bubbas think.

Absolutely magnificent day today in East Tennessee after the rain yesterday.
